What You’ll Do Step into different territories to support caseload coverage and census needs . Provide skilled nursing care, assessments, and care planning . Complete OASIS visits and coordinate interdisciplinary care . Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery goals . Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams. Travel throughout the metro while maintaining flexibility and independence . What We’re Looking For Strong clinical judgment and ability to adapt quickly. Comfortable working independently in a field‑based, travel‑focused role . Experience in home health preferred, but we will train the right RN.
