About the Role: As a Business Office Manager at Cooney Healthcare and Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for: Financial Management: Oversee all financial activities, including budget preparation, financial reporting, and accounts payable/receivable. Billing and Insurance: Manage the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of claims to insurance companies. Resident Registration: Coordinate patient registration, including verifying patient demographic information and updating electronic medical records. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and accreditation standards. Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
