Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure our clients receive consistent, high-quality support.

Coach and guide sales staff to help them refine their skills and reach their personal career milestones.

Develop and implement sales strategies that strengthen our presence in the Hagerstown community.

Cultivate meaningful relationships with new and existing clients to ensure their coverage needs are always met.

Monitor agency performance metrics and adjust workflows to improve efficiency and service quality.

Serve as the main point of contact for complex policy issues, providing clear and helpful resolutions.

Requirements

Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.

Minimum of five years of experience in insurance sales and account management.

Proven track record of mentoring or leading small teams.

Clear understanding of Maryland insurance regulations and market trends.

Strong organizational skills for managing agency operations and client databases.

Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for client interactions and staff guidance.
