Quality Manager

Their site in Columbia, MO is currently seeking a Quality Manager.This role oversees quality monitoring, process improvements, and team leadership, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality thermal transfer devices for aerospace applications. Qualifications:
- College degree required, ideally in technical, mathematics or engineering fields
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing with at least 3 years of supervisory experience, ideally in the aerospace and/or defense industries.
- 3-5 years statistics, Six Sigma or other analysis experience preferred
