Your primary focus will be on working with stable, low-acuity adult clients who present a range of mental health needs. This diverse population may include individuals facing situational stressors, anxiety, mild depression, relationship issues, and more. By delivering compassionate care, you will help them develop the skills necessary to navigate life’s challenges and improve their mental health.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Possession of a valid, fully licensed credential to practice independently, such as: \n
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) \n
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) \n
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) \n
- No limited or provisional licenses and no disciplinary actions on record. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a capacity for empathy and understanding. \n
- Strong proficiency in digital tools and platforms necessary for remote therapy. \n

While we welcome all licensed counselors, experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with telehealth practices will be considered advantageous. A track record of working with diverse populations and various mental health issues will enhance your potential for success in this role.
Compensation and Benefits\nWe offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually based on your working hours and experience. Additional benefits include:
