Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst

Responsibilities In direct support of the URMFG United Business Office (UBO), this position is responsible for working across the professional fee organization serving as a senior-level resource for projects and providing strategic oversight of projects assigned to the analyst. Work collaboratively with colleagues and other key stakeholders leading initiatives to develop and/or improve processes within the revenue cycle. Guide the analysts in preparing reports, analyzing data, and presenting revenue cycle findings to the project manager. Report directly to the project manager. Serve as a lead in directing the process to bridge operational and billing workflows through analysis of Epic functionality. Collaborate with the UBO project manager to resolve operational or system issues with application coordinators on the various Epic Applications.
