Mantenimiento del Hotel

Somos un hotel que busca una persona que trabaje bien por su cuenta. Responsable del mantenimiento preventivo y la reparación de los sistemas y equipos del hotel, y del mantenimiento general y conservación de la propiedad. La experiencia con la piscina es un plus y se prefiere CPO. Responsabilidades Seguir los programas programados de mantenimiento preventivo de la propiedad y del equipo de acuerdo con los estándares corporativos y los códigos y regulaciones locales, estatales y nacionales. Seguir el programa de mantenimiento preventivo de habitaciones, áreas públicas y demás, incluyendo el mantenimiento adecuado de registros. Solucionar problemas y reparar fallas en sistemas y equipos mecánicos y eléctricos a través del hotel. Dar servicio a la piscina del hotel, incluyendo ajustes de productos químicos, mantenimiento de la documentación, limpieza de filtros y control diario de la piscina y lecturas de químicos. Retirar todos los escombros de los pasillos públicos y vaciar todos los recipientes de basura interiores y exteriores diariamente o con mayor frecuencia si es necesario. Probar y examinar los sistemas de seguridad humana para asegurar que estén 100 % operativos en todo momento. Responder y cumplir con todas las solicitudes y problemas de los huéspedes para garantizar su satisfacción. Asistir y participar en todas las capacitaciones obligatorias. Mostrar flexibilidad con horarios y asignaciones. Mantener un rendimiento eficaz bajo presión. Realizar tareas similares, proyectos especiales u otras responsabilidades según lo solicite el supervisor. Requisitos Licencia de conducir válida para operar vehículo de mandados y deberes laborales. Buenas habilidades de servicio al cliente. Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo. Buenas habilidades de comunicación. Atención al detalle. Capacidad para levantar o transportar ocasionalmente hasta 50 libras. Muestra buena iniciativa. Este puesto está ubicado en Houston, Texas.
