Preferred Search Group is partnering with a top-rated private dental office in Shelby Township, MI to find an experienced and personable Treatment Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident discussing treatment, connecting with patients, and helping patients understand the value of the care they need. Schedule Monday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Friday: Off What You’ll Do Welcome and build relationships with patients Present treatment plans and help patients understand recommended care Discuss treatment costs, financing options, and insurance benefits Follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment Help increase case acceptance while maintaining a patient-first approach Coordinate appointments and treatment scheduling Work closely with the doctor and clinical team Maintain accurate patient records and treatment information Provide an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment What We’re Looking For Previous dental experience required Treatment coordination or dental front-office experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable discussing treatment and finances with patients Confident, warm, and professional personality Organized and detail-oriented Team player who takes initiative Ability to work in a fast-paced private practice environment Why This Opportunity?
