In this vibrant and fast-paced environment, you will oversee the daily operations of our full-service restaurant and ensure that guests receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Train staff on proper food preparation techniques and compliant alcoholic beverage service.
- Implement and uphold kitchen safety protocols and health standards.
- Supervise front-of-house team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Assist in staff scheduling and performance management.
- Previous experience in a management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and restaurant environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
