Inventory Control Clerk

Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records within inventory management systems. Conduct routine cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits. Investigate, identify, and resolve inventory discrepancies. Verify inventory transactions and ensure proper inventory movement documentation. Perform inventory reviews and reconciliations to support inventory accuracy. Monitor inventory levels and identify aging, damaged, or obsolete inventory. Support warehouse operations through inventory tracking and reporting activities. Enter and maintain inventory‑related data within TraxSYS, TensorID, and other inventory management systems. Ensure inventory documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained. Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities for process improvements. Partner with warehouse leadership to maintain inventory integrity and support operational goals. Assist with special inventory projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain housekeeping standards within inventory storage and warehouse areas. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills. Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency with computer systems and data entry. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Commitment to safety, quality, attendance, and compliance. Previous inventory control or warehouse experience. Forklift certification or ability to become certified. Experience with inventory management systems. Experience in food manufacturing or warehouse operations.
