Compliance AnalystCompliance Analyst to support global product compliance initiatives for industrial electrical products. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who enjoys working cross-functionally and contributing to product quality, certification, and market readiness on a global scale.What You'll Do as a Compliance Analyst:As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring products meet regulatory and certification requirements across global markets. You’ll collaborate with engineering, laboratory teams, and external certification bodies to support new product development and maintain compliance standards.Compliance Analyst Duties Include:Researching, interpreting, and implementing industry regulations and compliance standardsSupporting new product development efforts related to compliance and certificationMaintaining and managing product certification documentationCommunicating with external certification bodies regarding applications, testing, and approvalsMonitoring compliance project timelines and deliverablesCoordinating and supporting internal and external audits, including documentation and follow-upsOrganizing and managing short-term compliance-related projectsPartnering with laboratory teams to ensure adherence to best practices and standardsPreparing reports, coordinating meetings, and providing updates to leadershipEnsuring engineering procedures are properly followed and documentedWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline2+ years of professional experienceStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate across teams and with external partnersHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on qualityWillingness to travel occasionally (domestic and international)Preferred Qualifications:Experience with product compliance or regulatory standardsFamiliarity with electric motors or industrial electrical productsLean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience or certificationPerks & Benefits:Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision)401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysGlobal exposure and collaboration opportunitiesTeam-oriented, innovation-driven work environment
