Our recipes all start with our favorite part, our team! We are on the search for enthusiastic and outgoing team members to be the star of the show. We take pride in our exceptional guest service and it’s up to each of our team members to create the friendly atmosphere that our guests appreciate and enjoy.
Crushed Red Chopper is the, “showman,” of our open kitchen. Beyond taking salad orders, the Chopper showcases the quality and freshness of our food and the exacting care that goes into its preparation.
Our Choppers:
- Communicate salad builds with guests.
- Produce salads per specifications while encouraging guests to observe the production process.
- Keep the production area clean and organized.
- Restock the station as needed.
