Multiple Openings – East & West Valley

Direct Hire Opportunity

We are currently hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join a growing and stable team supporting a wide variety of commercial and light industrial clients throughout the Valley. Multiple openings are available on both the east and west sides of the metro area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems and equipment
• Service rooftop units ranging from 5-ton to 150-ton systems
• Work on chillers, cooling towers, ice machines, humidifiers, air compressors, and other HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in commercial environments
• Provide quality customer service while working independently in the field

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience required
• Commercial HVAC experience preferred
• Experience with chillers is a major plus
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• EPA certification preferred

On-Call Schedule

Technicians participate in a rotating on-call schedule approximately once every 20 weeks.
