What Our Team Says

N, Massage Therapist, 2021 To Present - "I have been working for The Now for less than a year now. My experience with The Now is a very positive one. Here are some of the things I found to be a benefit at The Now: the other therapists and EG’s, Experience Guides, are so delightful to work with. There is no competition and no one acts better than the other. You build friendships with each other. Management works in close liaison with us. They are always polite, positive, and loving with their attitudes. Secondly, they understand time is money they pay a base pay when we don’t have a guest for the hour, and they always keep the cabinets filled with treats for us. Never experienced that. Lastly, the decor is just so breathtaking and relaxing. Who wouldn’t want to come to that all the time."

S, Experience Guide, 2021 To Present - "Even though It’s only been 5-6 months working at The Now, It has been a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in for the interview, I felt a good energy and flow. I'm usually hesitant to work for others but I feel more understood and heard here. I don’t feel forced to sell products or do anything I’m uncomfortable with. Rose and Danny definitely changed my life for the better and gave me a stable comfortable place to call my work home. I hope to be here for many years to come!!"

D, Experience Guide, 2021 To Present - "Job hunting can be stressful, but I discovered The NOW massage boutique and immediately knew this was a unique opportunity to be a part of something really special. Before applying I decided to explore the website and Instagram and fell in love with the concept. I had a few interviews and was selected to be a part of the opening team for the Fort Lauderdale, Florida location. I am now approaching a year of employment and I truly love coming to work each day. I work with a great team of employees in an environment that doesn’t really feel like work. I feel valued for my contributions and compensated generously. I count myself very fortunate to call The NOW my employer and recommend them highly to anyone considering a career in massage and wellness."
