Join our dedicated team at a 122-bed skilled nursing facility located in the charming town of Philmont, NY. We are seeking a compassionate team member who is ready to make a difference in the lives of our patients. Enjoy a flexible schedule with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Function- Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
- Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
- Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
- Assists physicians and registered nurses.
- Prepares specimens for lab courier.
- Provides wound care.
- Prepares and administers injections and/or enemas.
- Monitors catheters.
- Completion of state-approved LPN program.
- Current LPN license for the state that you are working in (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum 6 months LPN experience, recent experience in LTC/Acute preferred.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
