Why this role stands out True business partner to site leadership, not just back-office accounting High visibility with impact on $30M+ in contracts and operations Exposure to manufacturing finance, SAP systems, and strategic planning Opportunity to challenge, improve, and optimize financial performance What you’ll be doing Own site financial performance including actuals, forecasts, and budgets Lead month-end close in SAP and ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to drive decisions Analyze cost drivers, inventory, and production performanceSupport cash flow forecasting, working capital, and financial modeling Present insights and recommendations to leadership What we’re looking for Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) 10+ years of experience, ideally in manufacturing or cost accounting Strong understanding of IFRS and GAAP SAP experience preferred Strong analytical skills and business acumen Confident communicator who can challenge and influence What success looks like You’re not just closing the books.
