Job Description

If you’re a current Indiana‑licensed RN, we want to support your transition into Illinois practice. Arcadia Care Watseka will pay for your Illinois RN licensure so you can join our team without the financial burden of obtaining a new license .

Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Salary ranges $40-$45/hour. We foster growth, training and development and a supportive leadership culture.

Essential Duties:

Residents assessments
Care Plan development by collaborating with other healthcare professionals
Coordination with IDT to optimize health outcomes
Supervision of CNAs
Compliance with IDPH/CMS

Active Illinois Registered Nurse license
Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
