Qualifications:

• Active state license
• DEA | state CDS
• Board certification required
• ACLS | BLS | PALS

• 328-bed nonprofit teaching hospital

• Level III NICU
• Primary stroke center
• 19 operating rooms
• 2 endoscopy suites
• 2 urology suites
• 2 cath labs
• 15,980 annual surgical cases, including cardiac, neuro, vascular, OB, orthopedics, GI, and urology
• Collaborative ACT model with 7 anesthesiologists and 28 CRNAs.
