This position is responsible for leading plumbing installations and service projects while ensuring quality workmanship, jobsite safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a skilled plumber with strong leadership abilities, extensive industry knowledge, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.What We Offer:$30.00 - $42.00 per hour, based on experience40 hours per weekMedical, Dental, Vision plansFree Basic Life InsuranceShort- and Long-Term Disability401k MatchCompany CellphonePaid HolidaysPaid Time offWhat You'll Do:Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and service workLead plumbing projects from start to finish while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standardsSupervise and coordinate plumbers, apprentices, and subcontractors on assigned projectsAssign work tasks and monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are metConduct jobsite inspections to verify compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and company standardsTroubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues efficiently and effectivelyCollaborate with project managers to develop project schedules, manpower plans, and project goalsMaintain accurate project documentation and communicate project updates as neededEnsure all work is completed in accordance with local, state, and company safety requirementsMentor, train, and develop junior plumbers and apprenticesMaintain a clean, organized, and professional work environmentWhat You'll Bring:Minimum of 8 years of plumbing experienceProven leadership experience managing crews and jobsite operationsStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and service proceduresThorough understanding of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practicesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documentsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to effectively interact with customers, subcontractors, and team membersValid plumbing license or certification as required by local regulationsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordPreferred Qualifications:Experience leading commercial and/or multi-family plumbing projectsExperience with project scheduling and manpower planningOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 CertificationStrong customer service backgroundExperience training and developing apprenticesPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry up to 50 poundsAbility to stand, kneel, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spacesAbility to work in varying weather conditions and active construction environmentsAbility to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workdayWorking with our Company:Knights Mechanical is a Mechanical Contractor and part of Ascension Property Services (APS) a nationwide group of specialty trade contractors with decades of experience in nearly all types of construction, including commercial, healthcare, educational, hospitality, manufacturing, and institutional.
