This role will be focused in accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and assisting with the month-end close. Responsibilities Processing accounts payable and receivable Making collections calls on past-due accounts Reconciling adjustments to invoices Assist with audit preparation Processing customer billings Working with vendors Ad hoc projects Reconciling company accounts Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a similar role Experience using an ERP system such as Intacct, NetSuite, or Dynamics Strong Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUPs, etc.) Compensation: $25-35/HR DOE
