- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hotel/front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, especially during evening or night shifts
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Friendly, reliable customer service
- Clean, comfortable guest rooms
- Efficient front desk operations and quick check-ins
- A welcoming environment for travelers passing through the area
