Join our team of professional coaches! If you are AED/CPR certified, hold a current Group Ex or Personal Training certification from ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFAA, or a BA in Exercise Science, and have a great balance between high energy and thoughtful education, we want you on our team! Primary location is Novato with sub and additional class opportunities in Mill Valley.

We’re gearing up for an exciting season at Orangetheory and looking for outgoing, positive people to join our Fitness staff with training starting immediately. If you love connecting with people and bringing energy to every day, we'd love to chat with you about this opportunity.

Our team is fun and engaging. Coaches and front desk staff support each other and develop studio relationships with members.

As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:

Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts.

Helping members set and achieve goals.

Making sure members are using correct form.

Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing.

Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout.

Independent work with ongoing support and growth.

Being a team player. We help each other out and like to have FUN!

Approved applicants will be required to pass Orangetheory's education program which count toward your CEU's.

Pay based on enrollment as well as potential for team bonuses.
