Role: Therapist in Training within the Family Preservation Program, providing in-home therapy and support to children, youth, and adults enrolled in Comprehensive Community Services (CCS). Responsibilities: Develop individualized, goal-focused service plans; deliver therapy in various settings including homes, community, or offices; maintain accurate documentation; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field; relevant practicum experience; eligibility for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC); valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; basic computer skills.
