Crisis Intervention Nurse - De-Escalation & Rapid Response

Harris Health System, Inc. seeks a Crisis Intervention Nurse (CIN) to lead rapid response to psychiatric emergencies, de-escalation, and stabilization within a multidisciplinary team. The CIN coordinates crisis interventions, ensures patient safety, and supports staff through education and training. Requires a Bachelor of Nursing, Texas RN license, and 3 years of nursing with psychiatric/inpatient experience; Master’s degree preferred and SAMA certification within 90 days of hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr Harris Health System, Inc.
