Company Description Company is a global leader in engineered metal products! Manufactures components for the aerospace/military industry! Job Description Supervise and lead up to 50 non-union hourly employees within an aerospace investment casting operation Drive performance metrics, analytics, and KPIs to ensure operational excellence and goal attainment Champion quality standards and safety protocols across the production floor Mentor, coach, train, and develop team members to maximize individual and team performance Foster a culture of accountability while consistently meeting production targets and organizational objectives Key Requirements Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment Proven ability to leverage metrics, analytics, and data-driven approaches to optimize operations Strong proficiency with computer systems and production-related software tools Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines Search Masters is partnering with a premier organization to identify high-caliber talent for this critical role. #J-18808-Ljbffr Searchmasters Inc
