Foxcroft Towne Center in Martinsburg, WV is hiring a Salon Manager. Walk-in or online check-in. Run a walk-in or online check-in team on real systems, not guesswork. Weekday shifts 9A-2:30P or 2:30P-7P, plus an extra 10A-6P shift Mon/Thu/Fri. Weekend shifts 9A-6P, plus an extra 1P-6P shift. $17.50/hr base plus tips, averaging $31.50-$41.50/hr total. 401(k). Paid vacation, full-time and part-time. Product sales commission. Employer-paid health insurance for this role.

What you bring to the team To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you'll need: A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province) Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports) A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
