Become the Dietitian You Aspire to Be Engage with and counsel patients based on physician directives and dietary guidelines. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals involved in patient care. Assess referral orders to evaluate the adequacy of nutritional intake methods. Document relevant information in patients' medical records in accordance with established protocols. Execute nutritional care plans, modify menus, and assist patients with specific dietary requirements. Conduct calorie assessments and provide suitable recommendations. Review, update, and approve menus for nutritional sufficiency. Qualifications Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association. State licensure is mandatory. Membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is preferred. A Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited institution in Food & Nutrition. Preferred experience of at least one year in Clinical Dietetics.
