• Lead efforts in business requirements definition, process optimization, functional design, testing, and end‑user support.
• Translate client business needs into optimal digital solution designs.
• Facilitate discovery and analysis sessions to elicit business requirements and define as‑is and to‑be process workflows.
• Optimize business processes to introduce innovation and improve operational efficiency.
• Communicate a clear vision for new solutions that address operational challenges and business priorities.
• Partner with UX designers, Scrum Masters, and software development teams to design and deliver emerging technology solutions while adhering to Agile best practices.
