Quality Assurance Manager

ThepurposeofthepositionofQualityManageristoprovideoversightofthemanagementofqualitybytheProjectteamandcontractors.ThisistoensurethatqualitysystemsareinplacetoguaranteetheFacilitiesaredesigned,constructed,andcommissionedinamannerthatissafetooperateandisfitforpurposeandreliableoverthedefinedservicelife.
• EnsureallpersonnelreportingtothepositionofQualityManagerareadequatelytrainedfortheposition,havetherequiredcompetencies,andarefamiliarwiththeapplicablepoliciesandprocedures.
• Developmentofprocessesandprocedurestosupportthequalitymanagementplan.
• Developschedulesfor,andperformaudits,toinvestigateanddeterminepossiblenon-conformancesandrecommendappropriateactions.
• Collateandresearchinformationtoassistwithqualitymanagement.
• Attendregularmeetingswithprojectownerstodiscussqualitycomplianceandimplementation.
• Providetechnicalexpertisetoassisttheprojectteaminresolvingqualityassuranceandcontrolrelatedissues.
• Ensurecompliancewithprojectcontrolrequirements,includingchangeandriskmanagement.
• Assistintheimplementationofprojectdocumentcontrolsystems.
• PrepareandmaintainmanagementlevelsummariesoftheappropriatequalityKPI's.

QualityManagementAccountabilities-Engineering,Procurement,FabricationandConstruction
• Ensuringthatalldesigndeliverablesmeettheprojectrequirements.
• Ensuringthatalldesigndocumentationanddeliverableshavebeencheckedandhavebeensubjectedtoasystematicverificationprocesspriortofinalapprovalandissue.
• Offertechnicalassistancewhererequired,particularlyrelatedtoqualityandtechnicalrequirementsforpurchasedmaterial.
• Developaqualityassuranceprogramfortheprojectelements,integratedwiththecontractorsselectedforthevariouselements.
• Participateinkick-offandpre-productionmeetingsforallcriticalmaterialsandequipmenttoensureprojectdeliverablesandstandardsaremaintained.
• Assistancewiththeevaluationofcontractors(andtheirsubcontractorsifrequired)toensurethattheyhavethecapabilitiesandexperiencetomeettherequirementsspecifiedbytheProject.
