• Patient Population: All ages
• Case Mix: General dermatology (medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology)
• Procedures: Standard dermatologic procedures including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and minor surgical procedures
• Certifications Needed: Active and unrestricted medical license in Michigan, DEA certification
• Trauma Level: Not applicable

Licensing & Privileging:

• Willing to License: No - Active Michigan license required
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: To be discussed with facility
