What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with technology professionals and hiring managers.
• Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for technology-focused roles.
• Learn the fundamentals of recruiting, staffing, and business development.
• Conduct proactive outreach and networking to identify top talent.
• Partner with teammates to achieve hiring and revenue goals.
• Develop expertise in the technology staffing industry and job market.
• Grow into opportunities within client management, account development, and leadership.
