Home Health Caregiver Position Available

As a caring and competent Home Health Caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence, dignity, and comfort in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role:
As a Home Health Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalized care to our clients, including:
• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Managing medication schedules and administering medication as needed
• Providing companionship and engaging in activities to stimulate mental and emotional well-being
• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
• Collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
