VP of Finance About the Company Fast-growing organization with a local reach Industry Accounting Type Privately Held About the Role The VP of Finance will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and operational finance functions to support sustainable business growth and long-term profitability. The role will lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and compliance activities, while providing strategic financial insight to executive leadership and key stakeholders. In addition, the position will drive process improvements across the finance function, manage financial controls and risk, support operational decision-making through data analysis, and lead finance teams to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and strong overall business performance. The ideal candidate will hold a recognized accounting or finance qualification and possess extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles, with a strong background in financial planning, reporting, and commercial analysis. They should demonstrate proven ability to lead teams, manage complex financial operations, and partner effectively with executive stakeholders in fast-paced environments. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are essential, along with expertise in financial systems, process optimization, and regulatory compliance. Experience supporting organizational growth, improving operational performance, and driving financial transformation initiatives is also highly desirable.
