Rooster Healthcare Agency is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to join a skilled nursing facility in Bennington, Vermont .

• Position: RN Unit Manager

• Shift: 1st Shift

• Salary: $8,000 per month

• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

• Contract: 1 year

• Housing: Provided

• Vermont RN License: Assistance provided

• Active RN license

• Previous management experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Willingness to relocate to Vermont

• Availability for 1st shift

The RN Unit Manager oversees the care and daily operations for approximately 50 residents . Responsibilities include:

• Supervising nursing staff and supporting the care team

• Overseeing resident care plans

• Coordinating resident care

• Participating in morning report and QAPI activities

• Communicating with residents, families, and healthcare providers

• Working alongside the Huntington’s Unit Coordinator to support oversight of the Huntington’s Special Care Unit

• $8,000 monthly salary

• $5,000 sign-on bonus

• Housing provided

• 1-year contract

• Vermont RN license assistance
