Role Description The Sales Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, WA, responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals for the community. This position oversees the entire sales cycle, including generating leads, conducting tours, building relationships with prospective residents and their families, and guiding them through the decision-making and move-in process. The Sales Director collaborates closely with operations, activities, and care teams to present a cohesive and accurate picture of community services and lifestyle offerings. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, maintaining accurate CRM records, developing referral partnerships, participating in community events, and monitoring market trends and competitors. The role also involves training and coaching team members on sales best practices, ensuring that every interaction reflects Bonaventure’s commitment to exceptional service and resident satisfaction. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, business development, and occupancy or revenue management within senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or related service industries. Strong skills in relationship building, customer service, and consultative selling, with the ability to support prospective residents and families through complex decisions. Proficiency in pipeline management, CRM usage, and basic data analysis to forecast, track, and report on key sales and marketing metrics. Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the community in external events. Experience in local marketing initiatives, networking, and referral partner development with healthcare providers, community organizations, and professional networks. Proven organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
