Clinical Specialist I, CPT - Oklahoma City, OK

Abbott's Neuromodulation business seeks a Clinical Specialist to provide technical and clinical support for chronic pain therapy products in Oklahoma City. The role involves working with sales teams to build customer expertise, deliver training, and support the sales process across assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, clinical, and programming support primarily for 1-2 territory managers
• Conduct clinical in-services, training, and educational sessions to build customer expertise
• Build relationships with customers and conduct evaluations to develop sales strategies
• Deliver technical troubleshooting and guidance on device usage to medical professionals
• Collect competitive intelligence and monitor product developments to support sales strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of work experience with preference for clinical patient-facing background
• Strong ability to communicate and educate on chronic pain therapy clinical data
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Capable of managing unpredictable schedules and tight deadlines with strong sense of urgency
• Ability to travel 25% within and outside assigned region
