Who We're Looking For To be considered for this program, you must be motivated and curious with a degree or expected degree in any area. We are looking for curious, analytical, and forward thinking students who are excited by the opportunity to use data and technology to drive business decisions. Ideally, a GPA of 3.2 or above is preferred. Pursuing an undergraduate degree in any discipline with anticipated graduation between December 2027 – June 2028 Authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis Preferred Backgrounds & Interests Interest in how data, analytics, and technology inform decisions in areas such as marketing, product management, partnerships, or business development Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies, including how these tools can enhance personal productivity and business outcomes Strong problem solving and analytical skills, regardless of major Comfort working with data, tools, or systems (coursework, projects, internships, or self directed learning) Collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn Working in Wilmington The Wilmington campus boasts a recently renovated office space featuring a cafe, coffee bar, wellness breakout spaces, and more.
