Minimum Qualifications Energetic and self‑motivated with strong interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays Physical demands: Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the showroom, and lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed Expected Base Pay Not including potential commissions, incentive, or bonus: $15.92 – advance against commission.
