Lead Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Solutions Designer

Location: 100% Remote Duration: 10+ months Role Impact: Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions supporting complex buy-side and sell-side contracting. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME), driving technical architecture, integrations, and platform scalability while ensuring contract-to-revenue traceability across enterprise systems. This role influences legal, sales, finance, and IT operations through high-impact CLM transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• 10+ years Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform implementation
• 10+ years Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration
• Icertis solution architecture in enterprise environments

Responsibilities:

• Design and configure Icertis CLM solutions for buy-side and sell-side contracting
• Develop custom extensions and rule logic using C#/.NET and JavaScript
• Implement integrations between Icertis and enterprise systems including CRM, ERP, Order Management, and Billing
• Configure workflows, approval hierarchies, clause libraries, templates, and metadata models
• Lead data migration from legacy contract systems into Icertis
• Support Agile delivery including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and stabilization
• Troubleshoot production issues to ensure performance and scalability
• Produce technical design documentation aligned with enterprise best practices
