Certified Surgical First Assistant
Essentia Health-Graceville Clinic
Essentia Health is seeking a Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) to support surgeons in delivering safe, patient-centered operative care. The CSFA will assist with pre-operative preparation, intraoperative procedures, and post-operative care across a variety of specialties. Responsibilities include maintaining sterile technique, providing exposure, hemostasis, and suturing, and collaborating closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff.
