Full Time & PRN Physical Therapist – Walton Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of Encompass Health You will be integral to our inpatient rehabilitation team, delivering direct, compassionate care to patients in need of physical therapy, and contributing to their recovery journey from day one. Responsibilities Provide direct inpatient care to patients requiring physical therapy. Supervise care and treatments, ensuring best practices. Lead patient assessments and create individualized care plans. Address patient concerns and adjust therapy approaches accordingly. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs. Celebrate patient victories throughout their rehabilitation journey. Qualifications Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations. CPR certification. Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
