In this role, you will oversee daily facilities operations and workplace services, partnering with vendors, occupants, and building management to deliver an exceptional employee experience. What You’ll Do Lead day‑to‑day facilities operations for a 73,000-square-foot commercial office environment. Supervise staff schedules, assign work, and support the development and cross‑training of team members. Serve as the primary escalation point for workplace and facilities‑related issues. Coordinate workplace services including mail operations, supplemental janitorial support, and general office upkeep. Manage light facilities maintenance activities, including paint touch‑ups, minor leak response, and routine repairs. Partner with the landlord and service providers to ensure building systems and equipment are properly maintained. Review work order and operational data, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and efficiency. Support conference room and event setups for four collaboration and meeting spaces. Oversee vendor performance, service quality, and facilities-related expenses.
