PharmacistBecome a part of our caring community and join CenterWell in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.The Dispensing Pharmacist is a registered Pharmacist who is responsible for the accurate and timely dispensing of prescribed medication to patients. The Dispensing Pharmacist work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.The Dispensing Pharmacist ensures adherence to quality assurance standards, accurate tracking techniques and a review process prior to shipping medications to patients. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.Hours of operation for distribution are 5:30am to 6:30pm. The schedule for position will be: 5:30am-4:00pm (4/10s). However, occasional overtime may be required including Saturdays and Sundays. This is an ON-SITE role.
