About the Role

As a Professional Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, non-medical in-home support to clients in Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Lancaster, Indian Land, and Tega Cay SC areas. This role is ideal for an experienced caregiver who are dependable, caring, and want to make a real impact in their community.

Pay & Schedule

• $15–$17/hour
• Paid bi-weekly
• Daily pay option available
• Full-time and part-time daytime shifts
• 1.5x pay for holiday shifts
• Premium pay for select shifts
• Automatic $1 raise after your first year

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical only)
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands (when authorized)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate documentation of care
• Use company systems for scheduling, documentation, and communication during shifts

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• Previous professional caregiving experience required/preferred
• Must be 18 or older
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and assist with mobility and transfers
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Must have a reliable smartphone capable of supporting required work applications (scheduling, communication, documentation)
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Hours are based on client needs and are not guaranteed
