We believe that our collective efforts will shape a healthier future for the communities we serve.How you'll contributeA Clinical Liaison who excels in this role:Builds and maintains referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the hospitalAssist and coordinate the intake and pre-admission screening processPerform on-site (typically in a referring facility) clinical judgment to determine the appropriateness of the patient for admissionCommunicates rehabilitation and facility options to patients and families. Communicates with patients, determines admission appropriateness, and assesses the patient's expectations and requirements for participation.Secures information relating to patients' resources and benefitsFunctions as initial contact for external case management and discharge planner personnel with payors and hospital facilitiesWhy join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Additional requirements include:Previous marketing/sales experience preferredPrevious clinical experience preferred, with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systemsFormal Sales Training preferredValid driver's license
