What You'll Do as a Floater:

As a Floater, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have the best experience possible. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in various roles throughout the restaurant to keep operations running smoothly.
- Providing friendly and efficient service to every customer.
- Maintaining a service-oriented approach to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Supporting team members wherever needed to create a positive and seamless environment.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for someone who can bring energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset to our team. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
- A service-focused and service-oriented mindset , always putting the customer first.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
