You will play a vital role in guiding clients, answering their questions, resolving concerns, and offering trusted support throughout their insurance journey. • Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and explain product options in clear, simple terms

• Support new and existing clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and claims assistance

• Serve as a reliable resource, following up proactively to ensure excellent client experiences

• Assist sales efforts by identifying referral opportunities and cross-selling insurance products

• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the CRM system

• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service excellence

• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions

• At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or related experience preferred

• Passion for helping people and problem-solving

• Exceptional communication and active listening skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability

• Comfortable discussing insurance products and handling sensitive situations thoughtfully

• Willingness to pursue Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred or willingness to obtain)

• Bilingual skills are a plus
