Citizens of Humanity is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at our Aspen, Colorado flagship location as a Seasonal Part-Time Store Support Associate for the summer season.
As a Store Support Associate , you will play an important role in supporting both back-of-house operations and the in-store client experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, and is passionate about fashion and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory organization, replenishment, and stock management
- Support the sales team with greeting clients, pulling product, processing POS transactions, and maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across the brand
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience for all guests
- Help maintain overall organization and presentation of the sales floor and stockroom
- Support day-to-day store operations as needed
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Passion for fashion, retail, and customer experience
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
