Job Description

A growing, locally owned fast casual restaurant group known for quality, hospitality, and strong team culture is hiring a Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations in a high-standard, craft-driven environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role where managers work directly alongside the team during service and are actively involved in production, service execution, and the overall guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and service execution
Coach and develop team members during shifts
Maintain food quality and hospitality standards
Work alongside the team during busy service periods
Support scheduling, labor management, and shift leadership
Ensure a positive guest experience and strong team culture

What We’re Looking For:

Restaurant management or shift leadership experience
Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on restaurant environment
Strong leadership presence and positive personality
Ability to lead teams during high-volume service
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
