Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Omaha, NE, for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending tailored solutions from Brenmar’s extensive product offerings. Day-to-day tasks include managing and growing existing accounts, prospecting new clients, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction to uphold Brenmar's reputation as "the company that cares." Qualifications Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or customer service Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Prior knowledge or experience in the foodservice, retail, or packaging industries is highly desirable Ability to travel for on-site client visits and attend trade shows as necessary Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr The Brenmar Company, Inc.
